Below are the schedules for competitive tryouts, please check regularly for any changes or updates.

Tryouts for AAA+ teams start on August 27; remaining tryouts start on September 5.

There will be three AAA+ teams this season – U16 Girls G-Elite, U17 Boys Elite, U19 Girls G-Elite.

Where there are two teams at a given age level (U19 girls, U17 boys), players can attend tryouts for either team or both teams.

U17 girls tryouts have been cancelled. U17 girls are eligible to attend tryouts for either or both U19 girls teams, and may register for U19 girls tryouts if not already registered.

U15 girls are eligible to attend U16 Girls G-Elite tryouts.

There will be no walk-ons allowed, all players need to register and pay the tryout fee in advance. Please bring a ball, water bottle, and arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. Tryout locations are

      • Redeemer Christian High School, 82 Colonnade Road N.
      • Minto Recreation Complex, 3500 Cambrian Road
      • St. Mother Teresa High School, 440 Longfields Drive
      • Ottawa Christian School. 255 Tartan Drive

Tryouts for major-minor second teams will be scheduled ASAP.
